Local Delivery Arrangement and Packaging

 

After receipt of payment, we will arrange delivery as soon as possible. We do not offer same day or next day delivery and do not have fixed delivery schedule. However we will do our best to deliver your order within four working days after receipt of payment. Our aim is to pool deliveries together to minimise our carbon footprint.
To minimise the use of packaging material we prefer to use our own team of driver and van for deliveries. Your items may be delivered loose in a carton without much extra packaging material. If we need to make a delivery through a courier company the packaging will need to be more secure, sometimes an extra lining of plastic to avoid leakage of detergents is necessary. This is a requirement by the courier company. We use recycled packaging from our own warehouse and only on very rare occasions use new packaging material.  
If the ordered product is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to postpone delivery until the item is back in stock or arrange a product replacement.

Our recycling policy

 

Our packaging is either in carton or sugar cane plastic bottles. Our plastic bottles are No.2 plastic and can be recycled. We offer to take our own plastic bottles back, rinsed, clean and dry for return to our factory in New Zealand where they are processed into material to make new bottles.
